I think I need to dig deeper than that, and find out why my sound is so wrecked.PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE. I figured the problem might have its roots in the sound driver configuration, but all I can configure right now is the balance, the volume and the choice of which speakers to use. I have already consulted the Apple Care but all their suggestions didn't solve the problem.Īfter this I also tried reinstalling the driver required for the Yamaha Audiogram 3, but to no avail. Because ever since that moment every sound I hear through my audio interface and my external speakers contains a low and soft noise which is influenced by the sound played, often peaking as cracks, as if the speakers are broken (but they aren't).
I haven't had any problems with this since I installed the audio interface.īut today I installed a program called 'Guitar Pro 5', which radically seemed to have adjusted things in my sound driver setup or whatever it is called. I also use this device for my sound output through external speakers. I own a iMac with OSX 10.6.2 on which I have connected a USB Audio interface 'Yamaha Audiogram 3'. This may be a strange and complex problem but I still hope someone can help me.
